Here is a typical example of how our support ticket system works, the case of the broken keyboard...


1) Your customer has an issue, lets say Jim has a broken keyboard
2) Jim logs onto your service portal - WeFixKeyboards.TicketDesk.com
3) Jim enters just a few things such as his name, email and a description of his broken keyboard
4) A new ticket is created in your system and your support staff are notified via email or sms(text message)
5) Your support staff reviews the ticket and either handle the request, or escalate the ticket to a different staff member or department
